Shipping policy

1. Postage and package delivery options:

For delivery in Croatia shipping is 3 EUR.

For delivery in EU - Track & Trace Abroad rate 1: 7 EUR.

Free shipping for all orders 2+ bottles.

2. Delivery time

Within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order (for most locations in Croatia, usually the next business day if the order is placed by 12:30 (Mon-Thu) and 12:00 (Fri). EU shipping may take up to 15 days.

In the event that we do not have the product in stock, we will notify you.

3. Sending the package

All orders received on weekdays by 12:00 (Mon-Thu) and 12:00 (Fri) will be sent the same day.

4. Payment methods

You can pay for the ordered products in several ways (the payment method must be selected at the checkout when entering delivery information):

If you choose to pay by credit card You can pay the invoice amount online using a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Enter the requested credit card details in the fields that will appear after selecting credit card payment. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you have placed an order and have not received a confirmation by e-mail, please contact us.

Personal pickup and direct purchase at points of sale in Croatia are not possible.
